RENISHASW循圓檢測儀，并經數(shù)控系統(tǒng)伺服優(yōu)化，確保整機直線及垂直精度。

RENISHASW激光干涉儀嚴格檢測每臺機床的定位精度，現(xiàn)場事實動態(tài)補償，確保最優(yōu)定位和重復定位精度。
關鍵零部件的各項精度均由高精度三坐標測量。
